Some days call for cool mountain air. Others call for a waterfall, a forest walk, or a place you have been meaning to explore with the crew. Seeing those possibilities together makes it easier to start planning.
Our interactive trail map brings the Lifestyle Hikers trail collection onto one view of Jamaica. Satellite imagery shows the surrounding landscape, and each pin opens a card with difficulty, published distance and elevation, trail status, and a link to the guide. Switch to the street map when you want another view of the area.
Find a place that fits your day
Choose Easy, Moderate, or Hard, then narrow the view by parish. Select a pin to read about a trail. You can also browse the list below the map and choose Show on map, which is especially useful where several listings share a regional location.
The guides remain the place to check preparation notes, access arrangements and guide requirements. A short distance does not always mean an easy outing, particularly around rivers, slippery rock and steep approaches.
What the pins mean
The collection currently has 22 trail listings. Thirteen pins identify matching OpenStreetMap features, such as a waterfall, park or mountain. Nine use approximate parish locations while we resolve the exact feature or a conflicting place name.
Dashed pins marked ≈ are approximate locations, not trailheads. Every location still awaits human confirmation. Even a named mountain or waterfall pin does not establish where you should park or start walking. Confirm the meeting point, permission to enter and current conditions with the organizer or a knowledgeable local guide.
The map shows places to research; it does not draw walking routes or provide turn-by-turn directions. Some photographs are representative images, identified in their captions.
Looking ahead to the next hike
We know the crew is looking ahead to the next outing, including the proposed September 26 date. The destination has not been chosen, so there is no confirmed trail or meeting point to announce yet. Check the hike schedule for published details as plans take shape.
We are also preparing a workflow for short aerial previews. Once a destination is confirmed and the first video is ready, a flyover will offer a closer look at the area from its hike page. There is no flyover available yet.
